Currently available for 30+ days rental, you will completely feel at home here. There's plenty of storage along with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and queen bed.
There are two entrance options to the building that you can use. Once inside, you will need to walk up the two flights of stairs to get to the suite. Please note, we are currently renovating two of the remaining suites and all the common areas including hallways. The open plan living gives space to this cozy downtown suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with apartment sized appliances and all the small appliances to make it feel like home. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for you to use during your stay. Within the kitchen area is a lovely sized island with seating for two people. The lounge area is a comfortable space with plenty of seating, large smart TV, and a gas stove for the suite's heating. This is the perfect place to relax in after a busy day in Fernie. The bathroom has a lovely large walk-in shower. We supply hotel quality towels and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo for you to use during your stay. Behind a dividing wall you will find the welcoming queen bed with side tables and wardrobe. The window has blackout blinds to help with reducing the light during the summer months. Please note, the loft area is currently out of bounds and is not listed as an amenity. Since this unit is in Downtown, please expect some local noise throughout the day and into the evenings. Fernie isn't a party town but during peak season there are definitely more people in the bars which are down the other end of the highstreet. There is a communal laundry room that you can use during your stay.
There is the option to have mid-stay cleans with laundry change during your stay: this includes the top-up of basic amenities. However, once you have used all the basic amenities in the unit (dish soap, toilet paper etc) you can reach out and purchase a replacement basket. Or feel free to purchase your own from town.
Please note, we are currently renovating two of the remaining suites and all the common areas including hallways. Don't worry, any work is being done during day time hours. Please be assured your suite is as photographed. You may see trades people in the building during your stay, and the common areas may have materials stored in them.

As you walk into the townhouse, you have steps immediately in front of you and the garage door to your left. There is lots of space in this garage for all your sporting gear or even a small vehicle. There is a tall boot dryer at the back, along with some shelving for your shoes and coats that you can use during your stay. At the back of the garage there is one of the queen bedrooms with full bathroom with shower. The upstairs living space is open plan design at its best. Flooded in natural light the dining, kitchen, and cozy lounge space are inviting and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that you could need to whip up a light snack or family meal. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay. There is also island seating with three stools. The lounge area has a small sofa and single chair, coffee table, Roku TV, and views out over the parking lot to the ski runs. Near the lounge area is a half bathroom (toilet). The dining table seats 6 and is located near the inviting gas fireplace. Out the back, just off the dining space, is the door to the small deck space with hot tub and BBQ. There is a small, twin over twin bunk room, perfect for children. Then next door is a queen bedroom with closet space, high ceilings and views out to the ski hill. The primary bedroom has a king bed, closet space, Roku TV, and ensuite shower room. For your comfort, all the beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens. Each of the bedrooms currently has privacy blinds. On the second floor is a full bathroom with tub/shower. You will also find hotel quality towels and locally sourced body wash/shampoo that you can use during your stay. There is a washer and dryer for you to use during your stay. There is one space out the front of the property and one very small space in the garage.

Bring the family or a couple of friends and enjoy all that Fernie has to offer. Surrounded by trees, wildlife, and awesome mountain views, you will want to return year after year. There is an abundance of off-street parking outside the garage suite. The entrance to the suite is round the back of the property. Please do not use the white door, or the garage entrance. As you walk round the back you will see a hot tub and laundry/drying room near the stairs that lead to the entrance. When you walk up the stairs you will find a nice decked area with natural gas BBQ and seating area. The mountain views from here are wonderful! As you enter the suite there is a bench to your left and a closet to your right. Thanks to the large windows the suite is flooded in natural light. There is a comfy sofa and chair, and a smart TV, loaded with Netflix and Disney+ in the lounge area. The kitchen has everything you would expect with large and small appliances. The cupboards are stocked with all the equipment and utensils you could need during your stay. Additionally, we provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for you. There is bar seating at the kitchen counter. We also provide a highchair, tucked away in the closet. For your comfort, all beds are dressed in hotel quality linens. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed. There is also a box of lego in the bedroom for guests to enjoy. You can also find a pack n' play stored away in the closet, however no bedding will be provided for this, so make sure you bring your own.
