Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, and dining space for six.
This spacious condo, located close to Fernie's downtown, offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. The fully equipped kitchen features appliances, cookware, and a drip coffee maker with a taster pack of locally made coffee to get you started. There is also a Keurig, so feel free to bring your own pods if you'd like. The dining room table offers plenty of space with six chairs, perfect for meals or gathering with friends and family. The living room is bright and comfortable, featuring a couple of couches, a Smart TV, and a large door that leads to a small balcony, where you’ll find a BBQ for outdoor grilling. The two bedrooms, dressed in hotel-quality linens, comfortably sleep four guests. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a dresser, a closet, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The second bedroom includes a double bed, along with a dresser and closet for ample storage. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo with cozy towels and locally made hand soap. Next to the bathroom, you'll find a storage room that includes a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

There are two entrance options to the building that you can use. Once inside, you will need to walk up the two flights of stairs to get to the suite. Please note, we are currently renovating two of the remaining suites and all the common areas including hallways. The open plan living gives space to this cozy downtown suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with apartment sized appliances and all the small appliances to make it feel like home. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for you to use during your stay. Within the kitchen area is a lovely sized island with seating for two people. The lounge area is a comfortable space with plenty of seating, large smart TV, and a gas stove for the suite's heating. This is the perfect place to relax in after a busy day in Fernie. The bathroom has a lovely large walk-in shower. We supply hotel quality towels and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo for you to use during your stay. Behind a dividing wall you will find the welcoming queen bed with side tables and wardrobe. The window has blackout blinds to help with reducing the light during the summer months. Please note, the loft area is currently out of bounds and is not listed as an amenity. Since this unit is in Downtown, please expect some local noise throughout the day and into the evenings. Fernie isn't a party town but during peak season there are definitely more people in the bars which are down the other end of the highstreet. There is a communal laundry room that you can use during your stay.
There is the option to have mid-stay cleans with laundry change during your stay: this includes the top-up of basic amenities. However, once you have used all the basic amenities in the unit (dish soap, toilet paper etc) you can reach out and purchase a replacement basket. Or feel free to purchase your own from town.

Our stylish loft, just off highway 3, is located next to Fernie's finest brewery and a five minute drive to downtown. With four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge, work desk area, large kitchen and dining areas, and floor to ceiling windows our beautifully presented and comfortable home is ideal for large families or a group of friends. There is some off-road parking available.
As you enter the property there is an area for your coats, shoes, and ski/board equipment. From here, there is a flight of stairs up to the large loft area which is flooded with natural light due to the large apex windows. There are wooden floors throughout the main living space, and the light and airy feel makes for a wonderfully comfortable getaway location. Here's a little more information: Immediately at the top of the stairs is the lounge area. There is a large wall mounted smart TV and comfortable sofas. Additionally, if you need to work, in the corner of the lounge area is a large corner desk. You will find the washer and dryer in a closet just off the lounge area, near to the bathroom. A wall partially divides the lounge and kitchen/dining area. In the corner there is a gas fireplace (controls on the wall). The dining table is a bar height table with eight stools. The trendy red and grey kitchen, with counter seating is the perfect place to whip up a light snack or hearty meal. There are all the large appliances you would expect in a functional kitchen, along with a coffee machine, grinder and fresh beans. Furthermore, salt, pepper, and cooking oil is provided. Just off the lounge are two queen bedrooms: both equally spacious and inviting. Just off the kitchen area you will find the other two queen bedrooms. Again, these are large, airy, and comfortable. For your comfort, all the beds are dressed in hotel quality linens. Next to each set of bedrooms there is a large bathroom. Each bathroom has a tub with shower over, and comes stocked with hotel quality towels and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo. You will have complete access to the loft during your stay. Please note that multiple businesses are located on the main floor of this building and you will run into employees, and customers in the driveway during business hours.

Our home is perfect for large families wanting that home-from-home feel. With a garage, five bedrooms, two living rooms, and a theatre room, there is enough space for everyone here. Located in a popular residential area of Fernie we know you will feel right a home here.
There is parking for two vehicles on the drive, and potentially two in the garage. If you are bringing any sporting equipment there is lots of space in the garage for this. As you step into our home you arrive in a large hallway with enough closet space for the whole family or group. There is a huge family style kitchen with equally large dining area. Easily whip up light snacks or a hearty meal for the whole group. We leave a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for you to use during your stay. Within the kitchen there is a walk in pantry: there are two food superstores in Fernie, plus a local food store downtown. There are two large longe spaces here. The first, is on the main floor with the kitchen and dining spaces. This has comfortable seating, TV, and log fireplace (please bring your own wood). The second living space is downstairs and has an electric fireplace, pool table, and large wall mounted TV. On the main floor there is a small nook with desk and chair. There is a large laundry room that you can use during your stay. For your comfort, all of our beds are dressed in high thread count, hotel quality linens. Each of the rooms have closet and drawer space for all your belongings. There are two queen rooms and the primary suite on the main floor. The primary suite has a large ensuite with full bathroom and shower, plus a walk in closet. Downstairs, there is another queen bedroom and one more king bedroom. All our bathrooms have hotel grade towels, locally made hand soap and bodywash/shampoo. On the main floor there is a shared bathroom with tub-shower combo, and downstairs there is another shared bathroom with tub-shower combo.
