You will absolutely love our first floor studio with private deck and mountain range views! Our new studio, in the Montane subdivision of Fernie features a king bed, large kitchenette, toaster oven, private patio with BBQ and awesome views, Smart TV and a fireplace. There's storage for bikes and skies under the stairs in the entryway: feel free to use this space. Off road and street parking available. Please note, this is a family home with multiple units.
Our modern, high-end studio within a new build, and is awaiting your arrival. There is a shared entrance area with our other guests where you will find space under the stairs for storing your sporting equipment. Upstairs, you will find the door to your unit. As you walk into the unit, you will find a wonderfully modern kitchenette, sleeping area, large fireplace, and lovely bathroom. The ceilings are high, and the windows large allowing for the unit to be flooded in natural light. Out on the private deck area you can enjoy the spectacular views of the nearby mountain ranges with a BBQ. Everything is high quality including the linens and towels. We know you will be exceptionally comfortable here. Please note, we have young children, and we try to keep the noise down. Occasionally, you may hear moments of utter excitement or chaos! You'll have exclusive access to one of our two studios, situated above the garages. The studios have a shared entrance from outside, leading into the shared entry space: you will share this space with other guests. The connecting door from the studios' staircase to the main house will remain locked at all times. The main house and our basement suite will be occupied by either us, or other guests. These areas have separate, exterior entrances. Each listing has designated parking spots in the shared driveway, where you may encounter other guests, as well as ourselves and our family. The backyard belongs to the main house section of the property and will be utilized by us, our children, and/or guests. Kindly note that guests do not have access to the garages.
