This air-conditioned 2 bedroom condo is on the ground floor, directly across from the pool, and is the perfect home base for exploring all the Columbia Valley has to offer.

This condo is located on the ground floor of Lake Windermere Point in building 3000, and the complex is conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Therefore, please expect some background noise. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the small and large appliances you will need to whip up a meal or snack during your stay. You will also find a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay. Near the kitchen area, you will find a comfortable eight-seater dining table with chairs. The lounge area is comfortable and inviting. There is a leather sofa and TV, perfect for those cozy nights in. From the lounge, you can access the patio area that has seating and a BBQ for you to enjoy. You will find two bedrooms at our property, one king and one queen-sized. For your comfort, each bed is dressed in hotel-quality linens. There is closet space in both rooms, with one room having a walk through closet. One bedroom also has an ensuite with a tub/shower combo. There are two bathrooms at this property, one is an ensuite. Each bathroom has a bath-shower combo, and we provide hotel-quality towels and SoCo Soaps body wash/shampoo for your use. You will also find a washer-dryer within the closet on your left as you enter the unit for your personal use. We provide basic detergent. If you require softener you will need to bring your own.
