  • You won't want to leave the upper deck of this condo as the views are just stunning! However, aside from the amazing views, our fully equipped condo is perfect for a getaway. With one King bedroom, and a hideaway sofa bed this unit can easily accommodate a couple or small family. Tastefully decorated throughout, with aircon, a fireplace, and hotel quality linens, you will be extremely comfortable in our cute open plan condo. The waterpark and playground are just a couple of minutes walk away.

  • When you approach the 4000 block building you will find the main entrance near an arched window, and a square blue and white sign. As you walk up the two flights of stairs to the top floor, you will see the entrance to 4015 A&B on your right. Through this door you will find both unit entrances, plus the communal laundry closet that is shared with unit A. Once through the unit's main door you enter into the open plan living space that is fully equipped with everything you could need for your getaway. Immediately on your right is a door to the ensuite bathroom (Jack and Jill doors), and then a second door to the main king bedroom. Through the lounge area you will find a door to the balcony area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster oven (please note, not full size), 4 ring stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. You will find all the plates, cutlery, pans, and bowls to whip up a delicious meal, plus we always have salt, pepper, and oil on hand for your use. There is also a comfortable four person dinning table adjacent to the kitchen area. However, if you fancy eating out on the deck there are table and chairs there too. The door to the bedroom is on your right as you walk into the unit. The king sized bed is dressed with hotel quality linens that will ensure you have a great nights sleep. There is closet space for you to use, a wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, and ensuite. The ensuite can be accessed from the main living area and the bedroom (Jack and Jill doors). The three piece ensuite with jet tub comes stocked with locally sourced bodywash/shampoo, hand soap, and quality towels. As you walk through the tastefully decorated open plan condo kitchen and dinning area you will reach the living area. There is a comfortable sofa that can turn into a bed if needed (please let us know at point of booking) plus an additional love seat sofa, coffee table, side table with lamp, fireplace, and wall mounted aircon. Next to the fireplace you will find the door to the balcony. From the lounge you can step out onto the balcony where you will be greeted by spectacular mountain views across the horizon. On the deck is a mini BBQ and table with chairs for your use. Below the upper balcony is the parking lot, and if you look just beyond the lot and trees you will see the water park. It's just a couple of minutes walk away for some instant fun! You can also access the bedroom from the balcony. Please note, the BBQ takes the standard 16oz green propane cannister that can be purchased at the grocery store, or many other places.
