This two-story, 3 bedroom Pinnacle Ridge townhouse has everything you could ever want for your mountain town vacation: fireplace, open plan living space, private garage, two bedrooms, great views, and lovely decor throughout. Our home is beautifully designed to help make your stay relaxing. Our spacious home is just minutes from Fernie's characteristic downtown and close to Fernie Alpine Resort and Island Lake Lodge.
The open plan living areas have been newly painted this year. There is also new furniture in living and dining room. You will enter into a large lobby area with coat hanging space, closet space, ensuite laundry closet, stairs to the first floor, two bedrooms, and the main bathroom. There are two bathrooms at this property. Downstairs you will find a bathroom with a shower over tub, vanity unit, hotel quality towels, and locally made body wash/shampoo for your personal use. Upstairs you will find a shower room with toilet and vanity. This shower room connects to both the hallway and master bedroom (Jack and Jill doors). There are three bedrooms, two on the ground floor and the master on the main floor. For your comfort. each of the beds are dressed in hotel quality linens. Downstairs you will find a queen bedroom with closet and dresser and another bedroom with a queen and twin over queen bunk, plus a closet and dresser space. On the main living space you will find the master bedroom with king bed, closet, and dresser. From the master bedroom you can access the bathroom (Jack and Jill doors). A light filled open plan living space has everything you need to feel at home. There's a fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances, and underfloor heating. We also provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for your use. The brand new 6 seater dining table is perfect for family meals: the kitchen island has additional seating with bar stools. The lounge area is perfect to cuddle up in front of the fireplace and relax together while taking in the mountain views. The west and south facing private deck is the perfect place to catch the afternoon sun right through until sunset. With chairs and a BBQ for your use we know you will love this space. The direct views of the ski hills and Lizard Bowl are quite wonderful. The single car garage gives you plenty of space to store your bikes, skis or vehicle. There is one parking space in the driveway. No trailers can be parked along this road, please adhere to local parking signage.
