  • Nestled half way between town and the bustling ski hills of Fernie Alpine Resort, this cozy townhouse makes for a perfect homebase to hit the slopes. Sprawling across two stories, there is plenty of space for larger families or even multiple couples. This is the perfect spot for mountain adventurers who ski, bike, hike and/or fly fish, located right at the base of Mount Fernie Provincial Park and the Elk Valley Nordic Centre. On the main floor, find the master bedroom with a new, extremely comfortable king bed, as well as a second bedroom with two queen beds. There are two full baths on the main floor, including a tub for relaxing after a long travel day. The second floor loft contains a queen bed with a tv. Please be advised, the 2 twin beds in the loft were removed. The living room has a stone fireplace and television for cozy movie nights. In addition, the kitchen comes fully-stocked with all the essentials for basic cooking, including a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher. There is also a large table available to be used as a workspace or for dining. Step out onto the large back deck to take in sweeping mountain views. Kick back in the patio lounge to enjoy a refreshing beverage, while cooking up a feast on the outdoor BBQ. Please note, during the winter months, the BBQ may not be available due to snow fall and freezing temperatures. For longer stays, you will find an in-unit washer and dryer available for your convenience. IMPORTANT: The strata forbid the use of hot plates and portable cooking stoves in all lock-off units. The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. There is a connecting door to a lock-off unit, which is locked at all times from both sides.
