  • The Riverside development is situated beside the famous Elk River in Fernie. It's a popular choice for couples, families, and groups. Our convenient location means you'll be minutes from Downtown, Fernie Alpine Resort, and Island Lake Lodge. Our first floor one bedroom condo, with an additional loft bedroom space is a great choice if you need two sleeping areas. There's also a family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, and private deck with BBQ and great views.

  • Our property is on the first floor, meaning there is a flight of steps to get to the front door. There is also a locker on the first floor balcony area that you can use during your stay. You enter into the main hallway of the property where you will find coat hooks and an area to put your shoes. Along the hallway you will find a closet with the in suite laundry facilities, ironing board and iron. From the hallway you walk into the main living space with an open plan kitchen and lounge area. The lounge has a sofa and wall mounted TV and is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Next to the lounge is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up a light snack or hearty meal during your stay. There are large and small appliances, along with salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for your use. Next to the kitchen you will find a wooden dining table and chairs. From the dining space there are patio doors onto the private deck space where you will find a BBQ and seating. Here you can enjoy the views while having your breakfast, lunch, or evening meal. There is a bedroom with queen bed, closet space, and chest of drawers. This bedroom has a door through to the family bathroom where you will find a tub with shower over, vanity unit, locally made body wash/shampoo, and a supply of hotel quality towels. The second bedroom area can be found upstairs in the loft area. Please note, this is an open space with balcony and no door. You will find the second queen bed with side tables, lamps, and closet. For your comfort, both the beds are dressed in hotel quality linens.
