The Riverside development is situated along the beautiful Elk river, and nearby you have Fernie Downtown, the ski hill, Fernie Provincial Park, and the infamous Island Lake Lodge.

  • This is a spacious, hotel style suite. With a comfy queen and sofa bed, a desk, bathroom, wall mounted TV and modern fireplace, you will feel right at home here. The queen bed is dressed in hotel quality bed linens, and the towels are of equal quality. There is also locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo provided for your personal use. You will also find a mini fridge and microwave for your use.

  • IMPORTANT: In all lock-off units like this one, the strata forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves that are already provided. This property has two rentable areas connected by two lockable doors that are back-to-back. If you rent the full unit these doors are unlocked prior to your arrival, and if you are renting just one side of the unit the adjoining doors will be locked prior to your arrival. This is the same process used by hotels for their adjoining rooms.
