This lovely one bedroom Sable Ridge condo features a view of the Purcell mountains, a private patio, well equipped kitchen, underground parking, along with bike and ski storage. The complex includes a hot tub and is walking distance to Downtown Radium and the National Park Hot Springs. Multiple Golf Courses, beaches, hiking & biking nearby. This is the ideal location if you are looking to explore the local area.
Once you are into the main building you can find the elevator around to your right. Once out of the elevator on the third floor, turn to your left and walk all the way down the hallway. Use the key collected from the lock box to open this door.
ENTRANCE AND KITCHEN
You walk immediately into the space inbetween the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a snack or cook a full meal. There is an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster. You will also find salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for your personal use. Don't worry, we also provide coffee. The kitchen island is perfectly located to over look the lounge and dining space.
LOUNGE AND DINING
There is a four seater dinning table next to the lounge area. Within the lounge area you will find a sofa (with hide-a-bed) and two chairs. There is also a gas fireplace and large TV. From the lounge area you can access the deck. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating on the deck, plus you have some lovely mountain views to enjoy.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is stocked with locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo, along with a set of towels.
MAIN BEDROOM
In the main bedroom there is a queen bed dressed in hotel quality linens.

Please note, the owners of this home have a dog that sometimes stays. However, guests are not permitted to bring their pets. Fines will be issued if there is evidence of an unauthorized pet stay.
During the winter months the deck can become exceptionally slippery: please be careful.
