  • Welcome to this charming, dog-friendly one-bedroom condo in Sable Ridge! Enjoy mountain views from your private patio, plus a well-equipped kitchen, underground parking, and bike/ski storage. The complex offers a hot tub and is a short walk to Downtown Radium and the National Park Hot Springs. With nearby golf courses, beaches, and scenic trails, it's the perfect home base for exploring the area.

  • Once you are into the main building you can find the elevator around to your right. Once out of the elevator on the third floor, turn to your left and walk all the way down the hallway. Use the key collected from the lock box to open this door. You walk immediately into the space inbetween the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a snack or cook a full meal. There is an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster. You will also find salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for your personal use. Don't worry, we also provide coffee. The kitchen island is perfectly located to over look the lounge and dining space. There is a four seater dinning table next to the lounge area. Within the lounge area you will find a sofa (with hide-a-bed) and two chairs. There is also a gas fireplace and large TV. From the lounge area you can access the deck. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating on the deck, plus you have some lovely mountain views to enjoy. The bathroom is stocked with locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo, along with a set of towels. In the main bedroom there is a queen bed dressed in hotel quality linens.
