With a shared pool open all summer, a hot tub open year round, air conditioning, gas fireplace, two bedrooms, and a BBQ, this is your ideal home base for all Radium and the Columbia Valley has to offer: skiing, sledding, hiking, ATV adventures, golf, or whatever brings you here, this centrally located place will be the perfect spot to come back to after a busy day.

This 3rd floor condo is in the 2000 building, which is to the left side as you enter the Sable Ridge complex. When you enter the unit, you arrive in the open plan area of the unit. The kitchen is to your left, and the living room area immediately in front of you. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for your use while staying with us. There are two bar stools at the kitchen island: please note, there is no dining table at our property. Our fridge is a little noisy but it's been like that since new. Please note there is no dining table at our place. Instead, there are two bar stools at the kitchen counter. Please see listing photos. The Livingroom has a very comfortable reclining couch and arm chair, streaming Fire TV, gas fireplace, large windows, and is a great place to unwind after a busy day in Radium. Opposite the kitchen area is a full bathroom with a tub-shower, and comes stocked with hotel quality towels and locally made SoCo Soaps bodywash/shampoo and hand soap. You will find the second bathroom just off the master bedroom (ensuite). To the right of the living room is a very comfortable queen bedroom with room darkening shades in case you want to sleep in a little! There is also a closet for you to use. To the left of the living room is a very comfortable king bedroom with full ensuite bathroom. This king bed is new and top-of-the-line, and the ensuite bathroom also has a tub / shower. For your comfort, both beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens. Through the living room and to the right, is the private patio with a small patio set and a BBQ for your use. Please note, this BBQ is plumbed directly to the building’s propane supply, so, please ensure it is turned off after use. The deck is always cleaned but after many years of enjoyment, there are some marks.
