Private one-bedroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen at Silver Rock is ideal for short or long term stays in Fernie. You'll be a short distance from Fernie Alpine Resort, and a brief walk to the historic downtown and the famous Elk River! Enjoy the full kitchen, king-sized bed, and balcony with a BBQ. Access to wifi, pool, steam room, hot tub, gym, and free underground parking is also included.

The large, spacious master bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, as well as a private, four-piece ensuite attached. Unwind after a long day in the deep, soaker-style tub. The bathroom comes with all the basic necessities––plush towels, Soco Soaps shampoo/body wash and a hairdryer. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook an at-home meal. Providing all the basics, down to the salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans: the chef will have no problem whipping together dinner for the whole family––which can be shared around the large dining table. In the living room, curl up in front of the stone fireplace with a hot cup of coco or your favourite drink. Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub!

Important Notice!!! The pool area will be under construction from May 12 until approximately the end of September 2025. During this period, the hot tub will be unavailable. The pool and steam room may be accessible on select days, but we do not have confirmed dates at this time.

Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours.
