Perfectly located near Invermere, Radium Hot Springs, and Fairmont, you'll find yourself in close proximity to all the attractions these charming locales have to offer. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, our condo is thoughtfully designed to provide ample space for your family or small group.
Step into luxury and comfort in the primary bedroom, where a wall-mounted TV and a well-appointed ensuite await. The ensuite features a delightful tub-shower combo, offering a perfect spot to unwind. Immerse yourself in locally made body wash/shampoo and wrap yourself in the indulgence of tote-quality towels, ensuring a pampering experience.
The second bedroom introduces a charming twin-over-double bunk bed, providing a cozy and inviting space for additional guests.
There's a second family bathroom, complete with a tub-shower combo, plush hotel-quality towels, and locally crafted body wash/shampoo, adds to the convenience and comfort of your stay.
The laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer, an ironing board, and an iron, ensuring that your practical needs are well taken care of during your retreat.
Enter the kitchen, a culinary haven with a range of large and small appliances catering to your every need. Find a stocked supply of essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, and locally roasted coffee beans, offering a taste of the region's finest during your stay. The inviting lounge area beckons with two small sofas, a large TV, and a gas fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance for relaxation. PARKING:
Please use either the designated spot in the underground parking garage or the first come first served spots outside. Do not block people in or park in any no parking areas.
Also, no trailers or ATV’s are allowed on Peaks of Radium property.
Guests will have access to the entire condo during their stay.
Guests also have access to the pool and hot tub when it is open. The hours are 9:00 am - 9:45 PM and are strictly enforced. The pool closes for the winter after Labour Day Weekend in September and is generally open for the season as of May Long Weekend.
*Please note - The pool and hot tub are a public amenity and are subject to closure for maintenance or other emergencies. We will not always be aware before hand as often they let the owners know after it has already happened.

The owner occasionally brings a pet to the property, so please be aware if you have allergies. While the space is thoroughly cleaned, there may be some residual dog hair.
There is a local sawmill down the road. While not overly noisy we wanted to let you know there is the potential for some background noise and dust.
For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps.
